What you will be doing

  • Take full ownership of the SmartSheet tracker; populate and verify all required fields.
  • Develop strong working knowledge of work scope and documentation requirements.
  • Lead documentation catch-up efforts and coordinate with Field Coordinators and QA to compile missing records.
  • Migrate all quality records (including metadata) into A-Site.
  • Become proficient in A-Site for Completions, Turnover, and Quality Forms.
  • Ensure 100% daily paperwork completion and minimum 80% weekly paperwork completion.
  • Ensure all documentation is reviewed and submitted within 30 days.
  • Report on % construction complete vs. % paperwork complete and rectify discrepancies.
  • Maintain RFI and NCR tracker for all Foundations scope.
  • Provide schedule/timeline for upcoming foundations works and integrate with Field Coordinators.
  • Assist QA with documentation required for Structural Release (Letter of Assurance) to EoR.
  • Compile Turnover Packages for EoR review and approval.
  • Integrate Foundations Turnover Packages with Substructure documentation including Interface Milestones, CTCC requirements, redlines, RFIs, and NCRs.
  • Attend Foundations/Substructure coordination meetings, Completions meetings, and Interface handover meetings.
  • Initiate and lead weekly Completions meeting (15–30 minutes) and provide updates for SLS Weekly Report.

What we are looking for

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in heavy civil or infrastructure construction.
  • Experience in foundations and structural concrete works preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of quality documentation processes and turnover procedures.
  • Experience with document management systems (A-Site or similar platforms).
  • Experience managing RFI/NCR tracking systems.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify gaps and proactively resolve deficiencies.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple interface stakeholders.
  • Deadline-driven with strong accountability.
