Co-op Student (Proposals)

Looking for a co-op student to work with the Proposals team who is available for 4 or 8 months starting January 2026.

• Assist Proposals Director with office administrative duties and proposal team support as requested
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents;
• Perform a wide range of diversified administrative functions including but not limited to, mail, couriers, filing and word processing;
• Drafting, proofreading and formatting correspondence, reports, presentations, proposals and other materials as assigned;
• Maintain records and project files, revisions/updates, and SharePoint
• Prepare comprehensive admin and financial documents and forms within FlatironDragados functional teams;

• Currently enrolled in a university or technical college diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Understanding of AI tools applied to business.
• Excellent MS Suite of tools including Excel, MS Word, Power Point and Sharepoint skills will be considered an asset.
• Excellent French communication skills, written and spoken are mandatory. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Possess interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a deadline driven environment.
• Detail oriented and takes pride to ensure the work is always completed to the highest degree of accuracy Thrive on a fast paced-environment.
• Adaptable to flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines.
• No previous experience is required.
