What you will be doing

  • Coordinate and support of reviewing and preparing briefs for pursuits
  • Assist with preparing capture plans
  • Regularly update and maintain the company’s sales pipeline within Salesforce
  • Organize and coordinate various collateral and sales materials for the BD department
  • Regularly maintain and update BD department sharepoint site
  • Assist with proactive scanning of bid notifications and early procurement notices
  • Maintain and coordinate updates to the company’s key client accounts 
  • Support with various client meetings and industry events in person or virtual
  • Coordinate teaming due diligence requirements 
  • Work closely with the BD Team to coordinate partnering meetings
  • Provide assistance and due diligence support to the bid and contracts team as required
  • Perform all other related tasks that will help grow the business development team
  • Provide active documentation assistance
  • Track webinars, industry event
  • Represent the company at networking events, industry forums

What we are looking for

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or other related discipline is an asset although not mandatory
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure/engineering/construction, professional services, or procurement-heavy environments.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (French will be considered an asset), 
  • Possess interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different departments
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environment
  • A keen interest in infrastructure projects
  • Proficient with MS Suite of Tools including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint
  • Understanding of business A.I. Tools and other design software tools including InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
  • Availability to travel occasionally as required
