What you will be doing

  • Support the DBE team with all compliance related inquiries and requirements.
  • Lead workplace investigation process and supports Human Resources and Legal with data collection, documentation, and reporting for accurate tracking and monitoring of all inquiries and investigations.
  • Develop, deliver, track and support compliance education and training as needed on compliance policies, procedures, and process standards as well as rules and regulations of regulatory agencies.
  • Track and stay abreast of new or revised U.S. and applicable international reporting requirements and reports information to relevant key stakeholders.
  • Collect, consolidate, review, and monitors data and metrics from across the organization in order to identify emerging compliance trends or issues through the One Trust System to ensure accurate, complete, and timely submission.
  • Assist with federal and state required audits (DOT, DOL, OFCCP, etc.) to ensure an accurate, complete and timely submission.
  • Support the Business with bid-proposal requests that require a compliance element.
  • Lead investigating, tracking, and responding to all Conflict of Interest Reviews, sponsorship & donations, and gifts & entertainment requests, and escalates to Human Resources and management appropriately.
  • Assist the Corporate Secretary with all official corporate filings, documents, reports, and records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations including preparing drafts of corporate resolutions.
  • Oversee periodic internal communications including topical emails, newsletters, videos, or events discussing compliance department and company metrics/goal tracking, significant industry reliability trends, cases or current events, including planning and implementing the annual Ethics and Compliance Week event.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ direct experience in compliance at related industry.
  • Experience working with EEO and anti-corruption programs preferred.
  • Experience with drafting, monitoring, and enforcing compliance policies preferred.
  • Experience designing or deploying compliance trainings preferred.
  • Strong execution of cross-functional, project-based work is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in interpreting and applying laws, rules, and policies.
  • Demonstrated ability and skilled in successfully analyzing, preparing, and presenting analytical and investigative findings, conclusions, and trending information to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Davis Bacon legislation and regulations.
  • Knowledge of CSC (Corporate Service Company - Litigation Management System) filing and invoicing.
  • Skilled in research methodologies and able to synthesize concepts and data.
  • Able to effectively and efficiently communicate both verbally and in writing.
