What you will be doing

  • Assist in the development of audit plans and audit schedules
  • Assist the audit team in developing audit reports, and present audit reports to top management
  • Participate in FlatironDragados Corporate Quality, Safety (including COR), Antibribery and Environmental audits (and lead a team of quality auditors, when needed)
  • Conduct project audits based on the audit schedule
  • Participate in all third-party / internal audits as required, being fully cognizant of appropriate plans, policies and procedures and respond effectively to requests for corrective actions
  • Create monthly quality reports
  • Assist in the development and testing of the Company’s Quality Management Software
  • Assist with the revisions of the Quality Manual/ Procedures and Forms as required
  • Initiate and manage corrective and preventive actions based on audits
  • Create Lessons Learned database
  • Create monthly summarized dashboards from all projects to provide status update on our Quality Performance
  • Manage the industry standards database (Accuris); adding new users, removing users who have left and providing training on the system

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other related discipline
  • Lead Auditor Certification (ISO 19011)
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 37001, 45001 and COR
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing, preferably, in an engineering and/or construction environment
  • Experience with Electronic Document Management and Nonconformance Management systems 
  • Proficient with Office 365
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work well with people at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and timelines
  • Must have acute attention to detail
